Transcript Development & Frequently Asked Questions

Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, the Washington Student Achievement Council, the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, and the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board are authorized by WAC 392-415 to:

  • Establish standardized criteria for high school transcripts issued by all common school districts; and
  • Establish definitions for credits, hours, and marking system so that common school district high school transcripts are standardized.
