Special Education Community Complaint (SECC) decisions are listed below for complaints filed January 1, 2020 through September 2024. SECC decisions are written by Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, following an investigation of a community complaint. Investigations are completed within 60 days of Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ receiving the complaint. SECC decisions are posted as they are available and ready, about every few months.

How to read case numbers:

• The first two digits indicate the calendar year the complaint was filed. The second two digits indicate the chronology of our receipt of the complaint. For example, community complaint ¡°25-01¡± means the first complaint Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ received in 2025.
• Information that would lead to identifying a particular student is removed from decisions.
